Q: What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns request within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.

Returns must be received in new condition and in original package; unused, unworn, unwashed with the hygienic liner intact (where applicable)
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

The return address will be provided in the instructions. No label is provided. Please write the address clearly on your package before bringing it to the courier of your choice.
We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.


Q: What is your Refund Policy?

For United States orders, full refund if you don`t receive your order within 30 business days from the time the order was processed, 50 business days for orders outside the USA. (see Shipping for more details)
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Returns will be processed within 3-7 business days after we receive your item. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a return confirmation email. We won't leave you hanging!
